To educate the chapter and the public about important health issues
DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM
The Health and Human Services (HHS) facet regularly provides awareness activities to chapter members and to the community regarding public health issues, such as domestic violence awareness and breast cancer prevention. This awareness is provided through the distribution of educational materials, as well as having physicians, who are also chapter members, speak on topics relevant to their medical specialties.
